Angora goat population stocks in Turkey reduced continuously according to the statistical data. It is important to know the genetic variability in that kind olpopulation. In this study data on allele fi"equencies, homozygosity degrees, etlective allele numben and efjiciency (Ji genes at four blood protein polymorphic loci[Haemoglobin(HB); Albumin(ALB); Catalase (CAT ec 1.11.1.6); Carbonic anhydrase (CA ec 4.2.1.1)} in Angora goat breed misinE; at villages are detennined. Allele frequencies for HBA, HBB; ALB", ALH\ CATF,CAT5; CN,CAs are calculated 0,8095, 0.1905; 0,2893 0,7107; 0,5034, 0,4966; 0,8844, 0,1156 respectively. Homo7.ygosity degrees ol HB, ALB, CAT and CA are calculated 0,0910, 0.5888, 0.5000. 0,7955 respectively. It is concluded that Angora goat raisin;!. at village in Turkey has maintain their genetic variability in spite ol decrewe their numben.
