For tlzesepuıposes, one hundred and ten Yerfikara beif carcasses of whiclı 3ı were 2 )'ears old, 21 were 3 years old, 43 were 4 years old and ı5 were 5 ,years old; Sevenf:J' Do,~u Anadolu Kırmızısı Im[ carcasses q[ which ı9 were 2 years old, 17 were 3 years old, 20 were 4-]ears old and 14 weı'e 5 years old, were taken into the invesligalion. Twen(y one (19.1 %),23 (20.9 %), 46 (41.8 %), 17. (15.5 %) and:->(2.7 %) q[ Yerlikara bee[ carcasses and 13 (18.6 %), 15 (21.4) %, 19 (27.1 %),15 (21.4) % and 8 (11.4 %) of Doğu Anadolu Kırmızısı beif carcasses were graded respectively as good, standard, commercial, uıili£ı' and 'cutler.
