Bu calismada Devlet Su Isleri tarafindan 1973 yilinda isletmeye acilan ve 1998 yilinda sulama birligine devredilen Akinci Sulamasi'nda sulama sistem performansinin karsilastirmali olarak degerlendirilmesi amaclanmistir. Arastirmaalaninda dagitilan sulama suyu 6.054x106-10.747x106 m3/yil, birim alana dagitilanyillik sulama suyu miktari 7,23-10.54 m3/ha, birim sulanan alana dagitilan yillik sulamasuyu miktari 7,68-16.15 m3/ha, ana sistem su etkinligi 111,70-187.46, yillik su teminiorani 1,55-1.98, yatirimin geri donusum orani %56-172, bakim masrafinin gelire orani%2.51-10.82, birim alana dusen toplam isletme, bakim, yonetim masrafi 22,53-108.61$/ha, su dagitiminda istihdam edilen her bir kisiye dusen toplam masraf 8.658,84-1.091,09 $, su ucreti toplama performansi %70-93, birim alana dusen calistirilanpersonel sayisi 0,006-0,012 kisi/ha, sebekeye alinan birim sulama suyuna karsilik eldeedilen ortalama gelir 0,004-0,008 $/m3 , yillik toplam tarimsal uretim degeri 1.021.460-1.561.868 $, birim sulama alanina karsilik elde edilen gelir 364,81- 557,81 $, sulananbirim alana karsilik elde edilen gelir 1.454,29-2.970,46 $, sebekeye alinan birim sulamasuyuna karsilik elde edilen gelir 0,107-0,110 $, tuketilen birim sulama suyuna karsilikelde edilen gelir 1.350,69-2.071,26 $, sulama suyu tuzluluk sinifi C3S1 olarakbelirlenmistir. Abstract In this study, benchmarking and assessment of irrigation performance of AkinciIrrigation, which was put into operation in 1973 by DSI and transferred to irrigationassociation in 1998, were aimed. Irrigation water delivered to study area was 6.054x106-10.747x106 m3/year , water delivered to per unit irrigated area was 7,23-16.15 m3/ha,main system efficiency was 111,70-187.46%, annual water supply ratio was 1,55-1.98,cost recovery ratio was 56-172%, ratio of maintenance cost to revenues was 2.51-10.82%, total management-operation-maintenance cost per unit area was 22,53-108.61$/ha, total cost per personnel employed in water delivery 1.091,09-8.658,84 $, water feecollection performance was 70-93%, number of personnel per unit command area was0,006-0,012 person/ha, average revenue corresponding top per unit of water diverted tothe network was 0,004-0,008 $/m3 , annual total agricultural production value was1.021.460-1.561.868 $, average revenue for per unit irrigation area was 364,81-557,81$, average revenue for per unit irrigated area was 1.454,29-2.970,46 $, gross value ofoutput for per unit irrigation water diverted to network was 0,107-0,110 $ and grossvalue of output for per unit irrigation water consumed was 1.350,69-2.071,26 $.Irrigation water salinity class was determined as C3S1.
