Turkey Seljuk State made Anatolia Flourishing with islamic art works such as caravanserais, bridges, schools, mosques, tombs and hospitals. It was the emperors and the ruler group who held the political and economic power in their hand, enabled building numerous architectural work in Anatolia. It has seen that the Merchant and the producer class don’t own large funds and they couldn’t build great architecture works. The State, left the construction of social institutions to the initiative of people and did not appropriate budget from the state treasury. Although emperors and the state rulers built huge works, these works has been states treasury indirectly not directly and was only known as the individual’s savings.
