It is figured out that the Hittite women had an inıportant status in courıtry governance in the Middle and New Hittite State though their function is not exactly kııown in Old Hittite period. Slıe is the person who is either the secorıd administer with the king in home politics or the one who takes important decisions alone and executes them. Similarly, she had significant roles in providing interrıational political advantages by going to other tribes and states as a bride having significant statue in foreign policy or she became an important matter in diplomacy by appending her signature in International treaties.
