This study focuses on the concept of uncertificated share and its sequestration. Shareholders enjoy their shareholder ship rights online, without having any hardcopy documents when uncertif ica ed share is concerned. As there is no hardcopy bill in practice , s questration of uncertificated shares is different from those of va luable papers which physically exist. This paper analyzes confiscation of uncertificated shares according to Turkish Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act .
