We analyzed the interaction of glutationStransferase, which is isolated from the liver and kidney of rabbits with N-nitrosopyrollidine which is an effective carsinojenic. 14 İzzet YELKOVAN, İsmihan GÖZE, Sevtap BAKIR Glutathione-S-transferase enzymes were treated with N-nitrosopyrollidine in vitro conditions at various doses, and the reactions were recorded. The activities observed were compared with that of the activity observed in the presence of 1 chloro 2, 4 dinitrobenzen as a substrate and a regression analysis was performed to investigate the correlation. The result were expressed as spesific activities.
