Antiquarian book seller is a traditional profession that is maintained with book-lovers and its culture formed around. This profession which covers love of books and its tradition around is also an oral culture transmitted from generation to generation. Fundamental issue of this study is culture of antiquarian book seller and its current evaluation in the framework of tradition. In this context, all points from meaning of antiquarian book seller to the major dynamics that form its culture are opened for discussion by making interviews with the former second-hand booksellers and their loyalists in Ankara.
