This paper evaluates the structural characteristics of the pelvis and hipbones of young adult and mature people of Topakli Hoyuk, who lived in Anatolia during the Byzantium age, through statistical analyses; and then aims to determine the structure of the pelvis of the population in classification while the obtained criteria of gender are identified in order of priorities. The cleaning and reconstruction of the skeletons are carried out in the first phase of the studies; the ages and genders of the individuals are determined through techniques suggested by physical anthropologists who had a consensus on the current methods.
