The aim of this paper is to provide an alternative distance function instead of Euclidean distance, which is very much used in navigation and spherical trigonometry will contribute to advancement of logistics and optimal facility location on spherical surfaces [8]. In this sense, we extend the polar taxicab distance function defined in [7] to three dimesional analytical space
