MODA-CADDEBOSTAN (KADIKÖY) ARASI KIYI ALANINDAKİ DEĞİŞİMİN İNCELENMESİ

OZET Kiyi alanlarinda fiziki ve beseri cografya unsurlarinin etkisiyle bircok degisim meydana gelmektedir. Ancak gunumuzde kiyi alanlarina olan ilgi, yogun beseri baski ve yogun kiyi kullanimi sonucu kiyi alanlarindaki degisimler beseri etkenlerle meydana gelmektedir. Kiyi alanlarinda meydana gelen degisimler, kiyi kenar cizgisinin degismesi, kiyi alaninin degismesi, karadan denize ve denizden karaya dogru degisimlerin olmasi ve kiyi kullanimindaki degisimler seklinde olusmaktadir. Moda-Caddebostan (Kadikoy) arasi kiyi alaninda da zamansal olarak bircok degisim meydana gelmistir. Calisma alanindaki kiyi degisimi 1946, 1966, 1982 ve 2013 yili uydu goruntulerinden yaralanarak CBS analiz yontemleriyle tespit edilmistir. Kiyi alanindaki degisimlerin temel nedeni imar calismalari, dolgu yapilari sonucu beseri etkenlerle meydana gelen kiyi alani degisimleridir. Ancak gunumuzde calisma alaninda kiyi kullaniminda degisimlerin kiyidan surdurulebilir sekilde yararlanma acisindan olusturulmasi Istanbul ilinde meydana gelen diger kiyi degisimlerinden farkli oldugunu gostermektedir. Bu durum itibari ile kiyi alanlarindan yararlanmada ve planlamada ornek teskil edebilecek bir alan olarak Moda-Caddebostan arasi kiyi alani onemini korumaktadir. Coastal change in the study area in 1946, 1966, 1982, and 2013 wounded and GIS analysis methods have been identified from satellite images. The main reason for changes in the reconstruction efforts in the coastal area, fill structures occurring in the coastal area as a result of human factors changes. However, the sustainable use of the coast in the study area in terms of changes in the use of coastal establishment when the province today, of Istanbul that is different from the other coastal changes. This is by the utilization of the coastal areas and the exemplary planning as an area between the coastal area of Moda-Caddebostan importance.
