The article presents the role of blogs in the literary education in Germanic studies. At first it discusses the role of new media and edublogs in the educational process. Then are discussed didactic functions of teaching with blogs. The main part of the article presents the literary and educational blog LiteraBLOGtur. Presented are its origins, organization of work, learning aims, learning contents, achievements and problems in working on it.
