Organic-inorganic gels hybrid matrix (HOI) doped with functionalized carbon nanotubes (CNT) and chromenes were prepared by sol-gel method and was characterized their optical and eletrical properties. The applicationof infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) spectroscopy and ultraviolet and visible allowed in order to evaluate their optical properties. It was used the technique of impedance spectroscopy to assess the electrical conductivity and permittivity of such materials. We conclude that the process of synthesis of HOI-doped with chromene or   CNT allows to produce for materials that display similar to the pure precursor compounds dispersed therein revealing the proper process suitable for the purpose to obtain homogeneous material, with or without electrical conductivity and permittivity, it enables the immobilization when property changes occur these types of molecules / structures. Keywords: Sol-gel organic-inorganic hybrid, chromene, carbon nanotube.
