Analysing the results of studing it is possible to state with confidence there is the correlation of the state of mental health of the population with the social-economic factors. The classes of distinguished diseases may be classify to the group of «social depend-ent2 on these factors. Among four classes of diseases the highest rate of alteration was shown by the mental diseases and the diseases of the nervous system.
