This paper reviews the situation and the evolution of the climate change subject in Mexico. From 1980 decade, diverse research centers in the country have been led to study so much the physical aspects as the social ones of the phenomenon. Work groups have integrated themselves and ambitious projects that allow to already have an integrated vision -although still uncertain- of its possible consequences for Mexico. It was clear an explosion in the production of works in the nineties, when the subject becomes priority in several parts from the world and in Mexico of it makes the Study of Country.
