Chronic hypoparathyroidism in adults: clinical features, diagnosis, management and treatment

Hypoparathyroidism is a rare сalcium and phosphate metabolic disorder. Most often it develops after neck surgery. The recent studies show increased morbidity in thyroid and parathyroid pathology wich are the most common causes of hypoparathyroidism. Thus makes this problem more relevant and urgent.
