The presence of foreign body in the nose is not uncommon condition. Various unusual foreign bodies in the nose have been reported in the literature in which button battery is one of them. It is capable of extensive tissue damage by chemical or thermal burns. We describe a case of an unwitnessed button battery in the nose of 3 years old female child resulted in septal perforation.
