The text is an exercise of dialogue with the contributions of Paulo Freire and Michel Maffesoli detaching of its workmanships the analogies and differentiations on daily, identity and social transformation, with the purpose to understand practical the unchained and consolidated educative processes in social the e, in more specific way, in the Local Commissions of Health of a city of the interior of the State of Sao Paulo. Both value the daily one, where the life happens marked for the objective and subjective conditions. A daily one that it is plural because is made of complex diversity and because it locks up contradictions and ambiguities. They approach the identity as fruit of the culture, the addition and connections between the differences and multiplicities of the daily one. In the culture-daily fusing, the people use the communication in such a way to sediment the inherited culture of the generations of ancestor, as to transform it, evidencing that the apparent immobilism of the daily one follows side-the-side with the sped up rhythm provoked for the interaction. The actions are stimulated by the carried through reasons that configure each time and by means of the interaction, with the necessary force to the formation of the personal and collective identity. In this process the education can fulfill two types of paper: to contribute so that the people look for to keep the status quo or to surpass the limits. Key words : Education, daily, identity, social transformation
