SUMMARY The cities present a territory with marked inequalities socio-spatial, reason why it is central to know and to analyze certain constituent characteristics of these difference. In the Argentinean cities starting from the neoliberal pattern deepened in the decade of the ninety, these inequalities were enlarged, as a result of political with characteristic excluding that spread to favor and to respond to the market, and not to the society like an all unequal one with differentiated necessities.
