Vivienda agraria en suelo rural: bases para una necesaria ordenación

The identification of the rural life as a quality life by the urban population provoke that in some areas, especially in the urban side, the build of individual houses will be very important. So, those houses are building as a farmhouse because the urban judgements don’t less doing freely there in a rural classification ground. By the other side, the farm functions abandonment in the family home and the less of the rural institutions as the Basque «mayorazgo» impel the intensification of the rural ground by the individual house. In this paper we do one proposition to better the urban judgements of the province of Gipuzkoa and, by this, to drive this process.
