we designed a cost-effective and technically\udfeasible CYP2D6 genotyping technique through a\ud2-step assay that provides a straightforward interpretation of results. It allows detection of 11 of the most relevant polymorphic positions, the assessment of wholegene deletion and duplication, and unlike most available typing methods, the allele composition of the gene duplication
