This research was carry out to determine the effects of different growing media on goji seedlings in 2013. The studies used eight growing media, these, torf (%100), soil (%100), perlite (%100), sand (%100), torf+soil (%50, %50), torf+perlite (%50, %50), torf+sand (%50, %50), torf+soil+sand+perlite ( %25, %25, %25, %25). Goji seeds from China sowed in these growing media. Goji seedlings were not grow in three (soil (%100), perlite (%100), sand (%100)) growing media. The research, seedling height, number of leaves, root length, wet root weight, dry root weight, wet weight of green part, dry weight of green part, wet biomass weight, dry biomass weight and root/biomass weight were caculated. Statistically significant (p<0.05 and p<0.01) variations were observed in all variables studied. The results of this research, torf (%100) which growing media was determine the most suitable for growing seedlings in wolfberry.
