Çiftçi Gözünde Tarımın Türkiye Ekonomisinde Yeri ve Önemi: Manisa İli Soma İlçes

In the research, they were investigated that farmer’s information and heed level about Turkish agricultural sector with some macroeconomic indicators and overview to the agricultural sector. Also it was researched the relation between these indicators and some other personal criteria. Data were used in the study was collected from 115 farmers of Soma district of Manisa province. Data were analyzed using chi square method and scale points. According to the research results, surveyed farmers had no enough information about the place of agricultural sector in Turkish economy. On the other hand, even if others is very much, farmers who believed that agriculture is an indispensable sector for the economy was very high number.
