This article is directed to disclosure of influence of possible risk factors of developing of a breast cancer with application of the systematic review and meta-analysis. The data specifying that the high incidence and breast cancer mortality at women are caused by age and racial features are presented in article; reliable risk factors of development of a breast cancer are analyzed; potential factors, influence and which predictive value is discussed are revealed. Materials of article open a complex of the factors promoting decrease in risk of incidence and breast cancer mortality, pay attention to preliminary systematic diagnostics at women, indicating the reasons of wide circulation of a breast
