This study has as scope the discussion about the r upture of the legality paradigm, overpassed by the juridicity one. Thus, we analyse the reasons upon wich the legality was founded, and also the reasons why it became surpassed. Still, se eks the understanding of the concept of juridicity, by drawing its possible practical conse quences.
