In this study, a new approach in the design of routing algorithm to start from the origin and destination and its situation is designed. In this algorithm utility parameter from the road user view that the path as possible is short and straight is considered. One of the outputs of this algorithm is provide the balance curve of path costs. using the balance curve of path costs will be design based on the available budget and available funds, the optimal path.
