Non-traumatic spinal intradural extramedullary haematoma is extremely rare.Acute cases can lead to spinal cord compression.Physicians should consider this clinical entity in anticoagulated patients presenting with acute onset of back or radicular pain followed by paraplegia, intestinal and bladder dysfunction.
