The Air Force’s Air Mobility Command (AMC) has a major issue with quickly moving deploying troops to their destinations in the Middle East. Troops routinely get caught in bottlenecks at intermediate airports while at other airports there are not enough troops to fill up flights. The AMC commander wants to know what changes to make to the current system to speed up the deployment process.
