Política Nacional de Humanização como Ferramenta Estratégica para Qualidade nos Serviços de Saúde

Introducao: A Politica Nacional de Humanizacao - PNH, tambem conhecida como “HumanizaSUS” foi criada a partir de uma iniciativa do Ministerio da Saude - MS para efetivar algumas das diretrizes do Sistema Unico de Saude - SUS. Essa politica surgiu em 2003 com bases em iniciativas anteriores. Objetivo: Esse estudo teve como objetivo refletir se havia uma possibilidade de definicao concreta da PNH como ferramenta estrategica para qualidade nos servicos de saude. Metodologia: Para construcao dessa pesquisa foi escolhida a revisao integrativa qualitativa, por possibilitar estudos sobre um conceito especifico ou numa area especifica, em que a pesquisa e resumida, analisada, e as conclusoes totais sao extraidas. O periodo delimitado para as buscas foi dos ultimos cinco (5) anos (2014-2018). Foram utilizados artigos cientificos e consultas em portais oficiais do governo, nos idiomas Portugues e Espanhol. As buscas foram realizadas atraves das palavras chaves: “Humanizacao em saude” “Politica Nacional de Humanizacao”; “HumanizaSUS”. A base de dados utilizada foi a Biblioteca Virtual em Saude - BVS, e todos seus portais indexados. Resultados e Discussao : Enquanto alguns autores defendem que a humanizacao em saude e uma pratica rotineira, outros consideram que e uma questao ainda nao tao especificada. Nos ultimos 5 anos os profissionais da enfermagem e medicina foram os que mais publicaram sobre a tematica, cerca de 57,14%. Conclusao: Constatou-se que a aplicacao da PNH como ferramenta estrategica e fundamental para haver qualidade nos servicos de saude, no entanto, sao necessarias discussoes mais aprofundadas para haver maior engajamento dos profissionais a PNH. ABSTRACT Introduction: The National Humanization Policy - PNH, also known as "HumanizaSUS" was created from an initiative of the Ministry of Health - MS to implement some of the guidelines of the Unified Health System - SUS. This policy emerged in 2003 from previous initiatives. Objective: This study aimed to reflect whether there was a possibility of defining the HNP as a strategic tool for quality in health services. Methodology: To construct this research was chosen the qualitative integrative review. This methodology was chosen because it allows studies on a specific concept or in a specific area, where the research is summarized, analyzed, and the total conclusions are extracted. The search period was limited to the last five (5) years (2014-2018). Scientific articles and consultations were used in official government portals, in the Portuguese and Spanish languages. The searches were carried out through the key words: "Humanization in health" "National Humanization Policy"; "HumanizaSUS". The database used was the Virtual Health Library - VHL, and all its indexed portals. Results and discussion: While some authors argue that humanization in health is a routine practice, others consider it to be a question that is not yet as specific. In the last 5 years, the nursing and medical professionals were the ones who published the most on the subject, about 57.14%. Conclusion: It was verified that the application of the HNP as a strategic tool is fundamental to have quality in the health services, however, more in-depth discussions are necessary to have a greater commitment of the professionals to the HNP.
