Ações Pró-Amamentação para Recém-Nascidos Portadores de Gastrosquise

Para recem-nascidos (RNs) com gastrosquise, o aleitamento materno (AM) pode ser um diferencial em suas vidas. Este estudo buscou em artigos as acoes promotoras do AM para maes/filhos acometidos por gastrosquise e objetivou descrever, a partir de subsidios cientificos, acoes promotoras do AM para os RNs portadores de gastrosquise; identificar na literatura cientifica de 2004-2014, artigos acerca do AM para RNs portadores de gastrosquise e analisar os artigos que contribuem com a promocao do AM para essas criancas. O levantamento dos artigos deu-se em 4 sites com os descritores AM e gastrosquise, leite humano e gastrosquise. Da analise de conteudo de 9 artigos emergiram 3 categorias: Recursos a serem desenvolvidos por enfermeiros e maes em prol da amamentacao de bebes com gastrosquise; Intervencoes que favorecem ao AM de bebes com gastrosquise e Acoes institucionais promotoras do AM. This study sought in articles the actions promoting AM for mothers / children affected by gastroschisis and aimed to describe, from scientific subsidies, actions promoting the AM for neonates with gastroschisis; to identify in the scientific literature of 2004-2014, articles about AM for neonates with gastroschisis and to analyze the articles that contribute to the promotion of AM for these children. The articles were collected in 4 sites with the AM descriptors and gastroschisis, human milk and gastroschisis. From the content analysis of 9 articles emerged 3 categories: Resources to be developed by nurses and mothers in favor of the breastfeeding of babies with gastroschisis; Interventions favoring the MA of infants with gastroschisis and institutional actions promoting breastfeeding.
