O Estado Brasileiro e a Teoria Libertária: uma Nova Abordagem

Este texto propoe uma nova abordagem da teoria libertaria, para entender o que e o Estado, suas caracteristicas, problemas e possiveis solucoes para os mesmos. Partindo dos principios de autopropriedade e apropriacao original, e analisado o processo de formacao do territorio brasileiro. Como nao e possivel verificar quem seria a primeira pessoa a utilizar essas terras, a unica solucao possivel para encontrar os legitimos donos do Brasil e atraves da solucao republicana de sufragio universal.  Esta interpretacao cria a possibilidade de entender o Estado brasileiro como uma agencia de gestao legitima que pertence ao povo brasileiro. Dessa forma, atualmente, os problemas do Estado brasileiro nao sao mais o Estado em si, como propoe Rothbard, mas a forma como o mesmo e organizado. Palavras-chave : Estado. Teoria Libertaria. Brasil. Abstract: This text proposes a new approach to the libertarian theory to understand what is the State, its characteristics, problems and possible solutions to these problems. Starting from the principles of self-ownership and first-use-first-own, it is analyzed the formation process of the brazilian territory. As it is not possible to check who would be the first person to use these lands, the only possible solution to find the legitimate owners of Brazil is through the universal suffrage republican solution. This interpretation creates the possibility to understand the brazilian State as a legitimate agency of management that belongs to the Brazilian people. Thus, nowadays, the problems of the Brazilian State are no longer the state itself, as proposes Rothbard, but how it is organized. Key words: State. Libertarian Theory. Brazil.
