Sucessão na Gestão das Organizações: Uma Bibliometria no Campo Científico Brasileiro

Com o objetivo de verificar como a tematica sucessao na gestao de organizacoes vem sendo discutida no campo da producao cientifica brasileira, o presente estudo realizou uma analise bibliometrica, nas bases de dados Scielo, Spell e Google Academico. Foram encontrados 93 artigos dos objetos estudados: empresas familiares, tradicionais, sem fins lucrativos e propriedades rurais. Com isso, pode-se perceber que a tematica ganhou representatividade no pais em 2008. Os estudos estao voltados principalmente ao objeto empresas familiares (78,9%), destacando a preocupacao com a sua sobrevivencia. Apesar de os objetos empresas tradicionais, sem fins lucrativos e propriedades rurais nao terem apresentado tanta representatividade no total de artigos encontrados, evidencia-se que as preocupacoes referentes a sucessao na gestao ja aparecem nas discussoes, com tendencia a se intensificar os estudos e compreender as caracteristicas e variaveis que influenciam cada tipo de organizacao no momento de se realizar a transferencia de sua gestao. ABSTRACT With the aim of checking how the management succession of organizations theme has been discussed in the Brazilian’s production scientific field, this study did a bibliometric analysis, in Scielo, Spell and Google Scholar databases. 93 articles of the studied objects were found: familial, traditional, non-profit and farms. Thus, with this research it is possible to say that the issue has gained representation in the country in 2008. The main studies were directed to the family businesses (78.9%), highlighting the concern for their survival. Despite the traditional, nonprofit and farms have not shown much representation in the total of articles found, the concernings relating to succession management in these objects are present in the discussions, with a tendency of intensifying the studies and understanding the characteristics and variables that influence each type of organization at the time of performing the transfer of management.
