A Experiência do Espaço Nordeste Pedro II: Reconhecimento, Usufruto e Valorização do Patrimônio Cultural

O presente artigo apresenta as vivencias no Espaco Nordeste Pedro II – Piaui como politica de incentivo ao reconhecimento, usufruto e valorizacao do patrimonio. Sua criacao foi possivel atraves de acordo de parceria firmado entre instituicoes e comunidade. Funcionou regularmente de 2009 a 2014, atuando nas vertentes: social, cultural e de negocios. Nesse periodo manteve uma programacao com eventos culturais, acoes sociais para populacao do municipio, destacando-se as oficinas de formacao artistica, de educacao patrimonial e foruns de educacao ambiental e patrimonial. A vivencia profissional dos autores possibilitou, atraves da interlocucao com comunitarios, pesquisadores, educadores e artistas, assim como a utilizacao da pesquisa documental, observacao participante, entrevistas e videos institucionais, mensurar resultados que justificam a importância desse empreendimento para a cidade. Propoe-se divulgar como um equipamento cultural assume papel preponderante no processo de percepcao do patrimonio e das intervencoes culturais que dialogam com as ciencias sociais, educacao patrimonial e as politicas publicas. ABSTRACT This article presents the experiences in Espaco Nordeste Pedro II – Piaui as incentive policy recognition, enjoyment and valorization of the heritage. Its creation was made possible through the partnership agreement signed between institutions and the community. Worked regularly from 2009 to 2014 focusing on the aspects: social, cultural and business. In this period kept a schedule with cultural events, social activities for population of the city, highlighting the artistic training workshops, heritage education and environmental and patrimonial education forums. The professional experience of the authors made it possible, through dialogue with the community, researchers, educators and artists, as well as the use of documentary research, participant observation, interviews and institutional videos, measuring results that justify the importance of this project for the city. Proposes to disclose how a cultural equipment assumes importance in the process of perception of heritage and cultural interventions that dialogue with the social sciences, education and public policy.
