Teoria das Representações Sociais no Campo da Economia Solidária: Um Olhar Sobre a Coleta de Materiais Recicláveis / Social Representations Theory in the Field of Solidarity Economy: A Look at the Recyclable Material's Collection

A presente pesquisa investiga o fenomeno da representacao social em duas organizacoes da cadeia produtiva da reciclagem, buscando observar e entender a visao que os individuos tem de si como trabalhadores e do seu trabalho, possibilitando nao somente o entendimento do comportamento humano e da gestao nestas organizacoes, como tambem o desenvolvimento da Teoria das Representacoes Sociais (TRS) no campo da Administracao. A pesquisa, de carater qualitativo, comparou o conteudo das entrevistas dos trabalhadores e de seus coordenadores e evidenciou nao ser possivel encontrar nas representacoes sociais a mesma complexidade e variedade das agendas atribuidas a estas organizacoes da economia solidaria, pois a compreensao do papel social desta atividade se depara com o comportamento tendencioso e conflitante da realidade, que interpreta e valoriza o mote economico-financeiro, especialmente a necessidade de geracao de trabalho e renda. ABSTRACT This research inquires the social representation phenomenon in two organizations in recycling supply chain, trying to observe and understand the vision that individuals have of themselves as workers and their work, enabling not only the understanding of human behavior and management in these organizations but also about the possibility of development of Social Representations Theory (SRT) in the field of Administration. The research, of qualitative character, compared the worker interviews contents and their coordinators and showed not be possible find in the social representations the same complexity and variety of agendas assigned to these organizations of Solidarity Economy, because the understanding of the social role of this social activity are faced with the biased and conflicted behavior of reality, that interprets and enhances the economic and financial motto, especially the need to generate employment and income.
