Diversas Abordagens Conceituais Sobre O Trabalho Em Rede

RESUMO Diversas abordagens conceituais sobre o trabalho em rede. Rede e uma forma de interacao social e organizacional em que se formam lacos entre individuos e/ou instituicoes para o alcance de um objetivo comum. Este artigo apresenta asvarias abordagens conceituais possiveis para o termo rede, as quais dependem da area de conhecimento e do contexto em que as redes estejam inseridas. Alem disso, demonstra que elas assumem diversas tipologias, dependendo dos atores envolvidos em sua formacao e dos lacos que os unem. Para tanto, realizou-se uma revisao bibliografica que permitiu abarcar todos os universos propostos. Por fim, foram demonstradas as conclusoes, em que ficou evidente a importância e as facilidades da utilizacao das redes atualmente, mas tambem, que esta forma de associacao nao esta imune as criticas nem livre de tensoes. ABSTRACT Several conceptual approaches on networking.Network is a way of social and organizational interaction where bonds among people or institutions are formed to reach a common goal. This article presents several possible conceptual approaches for the word “Netwok”, which will depend on the field of knowledge and the context in which the networks are inserted. Besides, it shows that they accept several typologies, depending on the actors involved and the bonds that put them together. A bibliographic reference review was performed, which allowed all the possible scenarios to be included. Lastly, with the conclusions presented, the importance and facility of the use of networks nowadays, were evident, but also, that this way of association is not immune to criticism or free of tensions.
