Principais Fatores Inibidores E Habilitadores De Criatividade Em Uma Empresa De Tecnologia Da Informação

RESUMO Motivados em obter maior competitividade atraves da criatividade e da lacuna existente em pesquisas anteriores, este trabalho pretende identificar fatores internos as organizacoes que inibem ou habilitam a criatividade de seus funcionarios. O trabalho foi conduzido com a utilizacao de uma pesquisa aplicada em uma empresa de Tecnologia da Informacao. Segundo a visao dos agentes foi possivel identificar os principais fatores inibidores e habilitadores de criatividade da area de Tecnologia da Informacao. Empresas deste segmento poderao, com adaptacoes, elaborar um planejamento com a finalidade de potencializar os habilitadores e minimizar os fatores inibidores de criatividade em busca de vantagem competitiva. ABSTRACT Motivated to achieve greater competitiveness through creativity and the gap in previous research, this study aims to identify factors internal to organizations that enable or inhibit the creativity of their employees. The work was conducted with the use of applied research in a business of Information Technology. In the view of the agents were able to identify the main enablers and inhibitors factors of creativity in the field of Information Technology. Companies in this segment can, with adaptations, develop a plan in order to maximize the enablers and minimizing the inhibitors factors of creativity in pursuit of competitive advantage.
