The analysis of entrepreneurial processes, their modes of appearance, their logic of structuring and the types of development they capitalize (deviations from industrial entrepreneurial paths to commercially dominated spheres, conglomerisation of their lines of strategic action, or even choice of non-growth, etc.), show that entrepreneurial commitments are fulfilled without printing qualitative or structural changes to the national entrepreneurial space. There are structural permanences whose weight is quite strong to prevent the formation of an entrepreneurial potential of configurational transformation. One of the perspectives is to situate these permanences and to identify the entrepreneurial conditions of the desired configurational break.
