In China, the waste cooking oil is collected and sent for cooking illegally. It is very difficult to detect the illegal cooking oil, and it is harmful to the public health. In order to track the waste cooking oil, the working process and structure of RFID system is analyzed. Then, a tracking system based on RFID is developed. The proposed system can be applied in large restaurants and hotels, which is able to track the waste cooking oil. It ensures that the waste cooking oil to be recycled legally.
