For long-term storage of the elastic element pressure spring, the stress relaxation is the common failure pattern. Based on large nonlinear finite element analysis software ABAQUS, this paper simulates the pressure spring and fuse the actual test data to determine the simulation parameters, realized to get the spring elastic curve over time in different temperatures and set up the temperature and the time multi-parameter model. The method in this paper can effectively avoid the insufficient test conditions in complex temperature environment and improve the efficiency of analysis and the predictive accuracy of storage life of pressure spring significantly.
