The tribe Trigonini embraces the largest number of species, a lot of species were not still studied and biological and ecological characteristics are still ignored. The bees Trigona spinipes (Fabricius) are called stingless bees being described as agent pollinator of several cultures could be used besides as agent commercial pollinator. The objective of the work went accomplish studies it remains to bee T. spinipes, looking for to know aspects of its biology, preferences and habits. The study area went at campus of the Federal University of Sergipe, where it was lifted up the number of existent nests, evaluation of fl ight activity, characterization of the nest, analysis of humidity text, degree brix and pH, besides evaluation palinologyc of the honey and pollen collected in the studied nest. They were found 20 nests, the averages of entrances and exits were, 438.38 and 412.70 in the nest a, 59.45 and 53.43 in the nest two and 398.33 and 380.35 in the nest three. The medium volume of the honey pots was 0,459 mL (p >= 0.05), and the medium weight 0.9573 g, (p <0.01). The humidity text the same to 24.20%, degree brix (soluble solids) equal to 74.50 and pH 3.58. In the pollen the dominant grain belonged to the family Celastraceae (46%) and honey the grain of dominant pollen belonged to the family Euphorbiaceae (51%). The diversity of pollens grains found in its victuals evidences the potential of the trigona as polinizador.
