In view of the fact that there are problems of too few practical contents and too slow knowledge absorption in the course of "sensor principle and application" in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the content of sensor course. Based on the study habits of students in this major, it proposes revision suggestions to the core links of the teaching of this course. This program teaches students in accordance of their major, and raises the weight of the experimental courses.
