Mathematical model of antagonism of terrorists and technosphere object defenders is offered. This model allows predict dynamics of terrorist activity by using approaches of population dynamics and numerical modeling. The approach to definition of object protection optimum strategy on basis of economic criterion is also offered. The model is applicable to a wide class of technosphere objects.
