First Person is a series of interviews with the first authors of a selection of papers published in Journal of Cell Science, helping early-career researchers promote themselves alongside their papers. Bharti Nawalpuri is first author on ‘ Distinct temporal expression of the GW182 paralog TNRC6A in neurons regulates dendritic arborization’, published in JCS. Bharti is a PhD student in the lab of Dr Ravi S.
