There was an unidentified bit of water where there should not have been, pooling in the middle of the floor of the upstairs bathroom. The mystery baffled my family until upon closer inspection, cutting a hole in the ceiling beneath it revealed that a failed shower pan in the boys' bathroom was leaking into the first floor. Ugh!
