I believe that my biggest responsibility as a member of the Board of Directors is to help position SEG to thrive in the future. The Board does not have the luxury of being able to expand SEG's budget because of the oil-price collapse. To fund new programs, difficult decisions must be made on what to cut. As a Board, we literally must do more with less, improving current products and services while addressing emerging needs.
