Angioplasty of Iatrogenic Circumflex Coronary Stenosis Following Mitral Valve Surgery: Report of two cases

There are only a few case reports of iatrogenic compression of left circumflex duringmitral valve surgery. We encountered 2 such incidences which were successfully managedwith timely percutaneous intervention. The possible mechanisms causing this trickycomplication and tips to avoid it are discussed in this report.
