The author with the help of caselets helps showcase learnings in the area of executive education in India, from across sectors and organisations. These include sectors of retail, healthcare and IT services and include instances of different types of executive education—at the supervisory, managerial, leadership, technical leadership, management trainee and head of department levels. The author captures key learnings during specific learning interventions in the caselets and also notes the results from such interventions.
