The existing literature on partnership seems to take therelationship between partnership quality and outsourcing success for granted. Therefore,this article aims at examining the role of service quality in strengthening therelationship between partnership quality and human resource (HR) outsourcing success.The samples were obtained from 96 manufacturing organizations in Penang, Malaysia. Theresults showed that partnership quality variables such as trust, business understanding,and communication have significant positive impact on HR outsourcing success, whereas ingeneral, service quality was found to partially moderate these relationships. Therefore,comprehending the HR outsourcing relationship in the context of service quality mayassist the organizations to accomplish HR outsourcing success by identifying areas ofexpected benefits and improvements
