The objective of this article is to illustrate how socialconstructs can be applied to afford a unique opportunity to effect change in variedenvironments. Technology can be re-configured to systematically chart practicality inorganization. The division of labor is reclaimed to illustrate how explicit knowledgecan be engineered in at least three ways: It can imply the utilization of tools to makeends meet; it can imply innovative thinking that promotes the development of techniquesand methods based on a template that may augment increased productivity; and in theexpanded workforce, authentic knowledge also can be described as highly structuredskill-sets acquired from years of practice through continuous learning and improvement,and this resource can be usefully shared to advance productivity
