Catholic Central High School, which had been in existencesince 1967 in one building, now offered courses to students on two campuses. The “dualcampus” philosophy was adopted so as to ensure maximum program flexibility for students. The philosophy, however, was destined to affect student engagement and staff efficacy asthe change in organizational structure, campus locations, and course availability wasdramatic. The results of the study showed that minimal impact occurred to levels ofstudent engagement, minor negative impact to staff efficacy, and a slight increase tostudent achievement results
